Excellence's biggest claim to fame was the creation of the Lycos Investment Challenge (in conjunction with Max's Investment World). This was a free simulation game that let people play the real stock market using fake money and ran for over 3 years. Excellence did the HTML, CGI Perl Scripting, PHP and Database Programming and Unix System Administration for the original game.

We helped create similar games for TD Waterhouse, Lycos Gamesville and Hoover's Online. You can play the game yourself at Stocks-game.com.
